When you purchase a beat license from Luctacio, you are granted specific rights based on the license type: **Basic License:** • MP3 Download • Used for Music Recording • Distribute up to 2,500 copies • 250,000 Online Audio Streams • 1 Music Video • For Profit Live Performances • Radio Broadcasting rights (1 Station) • 25% Royalty Rate **Premium License:** • MP3 + WAV Download • Used for Music Recording • Distribute up to 3,500 copies • 350,000 Online Audio Streams • 1 Music Video • For Profit Live Performances • Radio Broadcasting rights (1 Station) • 25% Royalty Rate **Premium Plus License:** • MP3 + WAV + Stems • Used for Music Recording • Distribute up to 4,500 copies • 500,000 Online Audio Streams • 2 Music Videos • For Profit Live Performances • Radio Broadcasting rights (3 Stations) • 25% Royalty Rate **Unlimited License:** • MP3 + WAV + Stems • Used for Music Recording • Distribute up to UNLIMITED copies • UNLIMITED Online Audio Streams • UNLIMITED Music Videos • For Profit Live Performances • Radio Broadcasting rights (UNLIMITED Stations) • 25% Royalty Rate All licenses include professional-quality audio files and instant download access. Premium, Premium Plus, and Unlimited licenses also include trackout stems.

You may not use our beats for: • Any illegal activities or content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination • Content that infringes on third-party rights • Reselling or redistributing the beats as standalone instrumental tracks • Creating derivative works without proper licensing • Exceeding the usage limits specified in your license agreement • Licensee shall not use the Beat in any way that mocks or disrespects any religion. Violation allows Licensor to terminate the agreement and seek damages.

All purchases are processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe and PayPal). By making a purchase, you agree to: • Provide accurate billing information • Pay all charges incurred by your account • Accept responsibility for all charges made under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we may provide refunds in the following circumstances: • Technical issues preventing download within 48 hours of purchase • Duplicate purchases made in error • Significant quality issues with the purchased beat Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase and include detailed explanation of the issue.

All beats, compositions, and related materials on the Luctacio platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Luctacio retains all rights not expressly granted in your license agreement. You acknowledge that the beats contain original compositions and may contain samples or elements that are separately owned by third parties.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities under your account.

The materials on Luctacio's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Luctacio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Luctacio does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event shall Luctacio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Luctacio's website, even if Luctacio or a Luctacio authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
